Mario and Luigi defiantly has the beat humor and possibly the most engaging combat system, cause you can't just watch the attacks unfold. I know that's in the other Mario rpg's but it uses it the best in M&L.
You think it has a better combat system and humor than Paper Mario : The Thousand Year Door? That was one of my favorite games of all time! I had to go with Fire Emblem though, because of Awakening. One of the best games I've ever played. This was such a hard poll though... Never make me go through anything that painful again ![]()

I would much rather see a RPG style game. The stadium games were fun, but I don't like the rentals. I like the feeling of progression and everything that actual Pokemon has. I just wish there wasn't the whole Shadow Pokemon mechanic. I want a somewhat real Pokemon game for console ![]()
But more importantly Pokemon Snap 2. Let's get things straight here

I know this is a little nit picky, but the way they talk... Did they do that on purpose to sort of recreate the old cartoons as a sort of nostalgic reference...?
I still plan on getting the game, but I'm just not a fan of that little part

Wii U Hardware Help
I spoke to the nintendo helpdesk about my faulthy wifi setup. Option was to go cabled, 3rd party was good they told me. I think its the schoolnetwerk. We have name+login security at our campus. WiiU doesnt support that, nor does appleTV.
Yea thats what we have here, but if you log in to the network with the Ethernet cable attached, then move the cable over to the console, it works. But for some reason, it's not working for my Wii U

so I could connect my ethernet cable to the system. Now I don't know if it's just the wi-fi here at my school, but it's not working, and one thing the Nintendo support guy suggested was that maybe the Nyko cable won't work with it because it wasn't Nintendo brand. Apparently it works with the Wii though. Does anyone know of an adapter that works?

Where did you find dev's saying it was difficult to do DLC on the Wii U? I'm curious about that, since they're trying to be more indie friendly and everything, one would think they would make DLC an easy process as well

One little update wont shut them out for good... Minor inconvenience at best...
There is never a way to keep hackers out of anything for good. You keep them out by updating it little by little so that while they are constantly improving their game, so are you

If you really want to tell people you had virtual intercourse with 50 prostitutes in gta5, just post that on miiverse.
Gonna be hard to do without GTA5 on the WIi U ![]()

So basically, this guy went to Disneyland, and saw that Nintendo was everywhere advertising with the Wii U. I guess they have booths everywhere, showing what the Wii U is, what it can do, what's out and what's coming out for it. Pretty cool. Maybe they're stepping up their advertising game.
I just thought it was pretty interesting. Especially at a huge place like Disneyland! And if this is a 'tour', where are they going next? What do you guys think?

I just noticed something. At Disneyland they have an attraction called Innoventions (which is a basically a gigantic home of the future) filled with at least 120 Xbox 360s.
Interesting how they're at the same park.
The Xbox 360... an 8 year old console... deserves a place in a home for the future? HA.
And the article said it was in Downtown Disney, which in my opinion is one of the best spots for it. How many people go to Disney daily, and how many of those people go to Downtown Disney? A lot. And a lot.

If the Wii Us sales are going up after these titles released, then how mow much would they spike if a new SSB game released?
I'm pretty sure when SSB releases for the Wii U, no matter what the Wii U total sales are at at that point, they are going to double. AT least

Lego City has been selling pretty well, and was number 4 in sales last week I believe.
Really? Like 4th in all video game department sales?

You're asking a forum dedicated to the Wii U.
That makes even less sense than comparing those two things in the first place.
Which makes EVEN LESS sense than how you're getting such expensive gifts

I've said this before, and I'll say it again. The trophy/achievement system is a terrible system. I'd refuse to participate. I play games because I like them, I don't need to stomp on 10,000 Goombas to get a little icon that says I stomped on 10,000 Goombas.
But that's the thing. If you don't want to do it, then don't. If they did have an achievement system of sorts, I wouldn't go after ones I don't feel like doing. If I'm bored with the game, then I'll stop playing. If a certain goal looks fun, I'll do it. It's completely up to you if you want to do it or not. So I personally think it would be a good idea for them to do it. Add a little replay value to some games. Whatever. They're optional.
But would you stomp on 10,000 Goombas for a golden goomba to put in your WiiTown house? I know I would.

What do you guys think? The guys who were big in hacking the Wii to get free games and such now say they've found a way to hack the Wii U already. Nintendo responded saying that they haven't seen any illegal activity from their viewpoint yet. I'm not sure what I think. If it really got hacked, that would be terrible for 3rd party support. But the group doesn't have any evidence to their claims yet, so it could just be a rumor

cool i think i'm gonna order one then i've seen that nyko are making a copy now but ive read they only have a 20 odd hour battery life while not bad 80 sounds much better too me.
I have the nyko one, and it gets the job done. I think it's comfortable and i like the analog stick placement better, but I plan on getting the regular pro controller one eventually to compare them. I haven't found any issue with the nyko one and i've been using it for a few months now though. Less battery life, but it's cheaper and doesn't get smudges from fingerprints
