On the other hand, Ubisoft won this e3 followed by Nintendo and Sony.
For me Nintendo came 2nd behind Ubisoft. I know some people said Nintendo lost e3 because their expectations were way too high for Nintendo. Moreover, I think that they have a pretty solid line up for Wii U even though I am not interested in getting Sing, Just Dance or other ports like Arkham City since I already owned that game on my 360.
While Sony.. well, it wasn't that bad but they still couldn't convince me to get PS Vita. And that WonderBook and Book of Spell bored me to death.

People tend to forget that Skyward Sword, Ocarina of Time and StarFox were released less than a year ago (Even though Ocarina of Time and StarFox were only remakes/ports). And we already know they are making Super Smash Bros, the only thing we need to know from Nintendo is the release date and gameplay.
I think some fans were expecting new Metroid game considering its 25th anniversary last year thus they were once again disappointed with Nintendo for not announcing any new Metroid game.

I personally surprised that the premium pack is only $428 in Australia, I thought it would be at least $450-550 lol...
By the way, I am getting the premium pack at launch day ^^

It's much safer to go to midnight launch if
1. You or someone drive (Even if the place is pretty close, unless the game store is only next to your house xD).
2. Bring friends with you.
If you're underage then it would probably better if you get it the next day. It's not worth the risk going out at night even if you're not underage.

3. Assasin's Creed 3 (I was going to choose between the PS3/360 version, but I guess I will get it on Wii U instead)
4. Ninja Gaiden 3 (Damn, can't wait to play as Ayane >_>)

It's hilarious looking at the old posts on this thread of people going back and forth about the price, and calling it the "Wii 2".
There is one of my friend who keep saying "Wii 2" instead of "Wii U". Whenever I told him that it's Wii U not Wii 2, he said it's the same anyway.
As for the price, I think it's pretty cheap ($299 & $349 in NA and $348 & $428 in Australia).

Tbh, I am more concern on Sony's future than Nintendo's.
Anyway as for the 3rd party support, it's really hard to say as of now because we didn't have any solid fact about the Next Xbox and PS4.

Yeah, but I was talking about in stores, I'm not paying like upwards of $100 to try a few Wii U games.
It was $40 for the general admission ticket not $100. And you were not only able to try Wii U but also many other games unless you are not interested in other things except Wii U then it's a different story. But then $40 to try Wii U only is still worth it imho.
Not only I was able to try many games and also Wii U, but I also met Charles Martinet.

Zombi U and Assassin's Creed III has a good chance to sell well, but I am not sure if AC III can sell more than 1m copies.
Moreover, I don't think Mass Effect 3 and Batman AC will sell a lot on Wii U especially with the release of Mass Effect Trilogy on other platforms and Batman AC is already out since last year.

IMPOSSIBLE, on xbox AC 3 sold 1,6 Mil and 1,5 in ps3 in the first days ( 70 mil consoles each of install base ) , they can be thankful if they sell 300k on the wii u launch but its very unlikely
That's why I said I am not sure it will sell more than 1M copies. Most probably, it will sell less than 500K but there's always a chance that it might exceed 1m because there are people who are waiting to get the Wii U version instead of 360/PS3 version.
And never said never.
