#220285 Super Smash Bros. 4 Discussion Thread

Posted by CrimsonDivine on 12 June 2013 - 10:12 AM in Wii U Games and Software

Hey guys, I'm new here. I don't know if this has been posted, but check this out. On NeoGAF, a guy by the name of salramano posted a thread before the Nintendo Direct stating his "predictions" for characters to be announced during the span of E3. He guessed Villager, Mega Man, Wii FIt Trainer, Pac-Man, Little Mac, and Mii. It's been confirmed that the post was not edited. Check it out - http://www.neogaf.co...&postcount=2996

#221718 Super Smash Bros. 4 Discussion Thread

Posted by CrimsonDivine on 14 June 2013 - 10:06 AM in Wii U Games and Software

I'm afraid every single thing that Sakurai is saying in terms of this game is already disappointing me.

So there's this Kotaku article where he states that third party characters are not to be expected, that's fine, but then he goes down to state this:

This is exactly what I was afraid of, and ironically got laughed at for... Suggesting that the 3DS version might limit the Wii U version's potential. I can't believe this. There is absolutely no reason that the Wii U version should have to be limited. Everybody knows that handhelds are less powerful than consoles, so we understand if the handheld version has to be smaller.

The fact that he's really going to keep the roster the exact same between both of them is just really ridiculous. Even though I love the idea of a handheld SSB, if this is what has to come of it, I no longer want it.

Suddenly I'm actually really annoyed by the inclusion of the Wii Fit Trainer. I wonder exactly which veterans he chose to cut for her inclusion? =/

I don't understand why Sakurai doesn't just make the 3DS version smaller than the Wii U version. People will understand.

I hope Retro is secretly working on Metroid (Hides in a corner and crosses fingers).

I would like to see a brand new Kirby game on Wii U. Anybody with me? No? Okay, I'll go in a corner until a new Kirby game releases.

#220308 Why didnt Nintendo just make wii u more powerful?

Posted by CrimsonDivine on 12 June 2013 - 10:36 AM in Wii U Hardware

I believe that as time passes, devs will tap in to the full power of the Wii U. It's a new console which means only a portion of its actual raw power has been used. Currently, it may seem a bit less powerful than XBone and PS4, but we'll see who the real powerhouse is in a few years. That's why I am glad to wait for some of the newly announced games to come out; more time = more satisfaction.

#221833 The Wii U should have been as powerful as the Xbox one.

I couldn't believe it was Mario Kart when I first saw the trailer.

Developers have not even BEGUN to tap into the raw power of the Wii U. Leave Nintendo alone you little banana brains. This is a Wii U forum. Not a Wii U HATE forum.

#220321 Nintendo E3= Disappointing?

Posted by CrimsonDivine on 12 June 2013 - 10:47 AM in E3 2013 Archive

all those games look like 64 games.

Anything wrong with that?  :P Oh, and Bayonetta 2, X, Smash, and Mario Kart are getting me really excited for Q4 2013 and Q1/2 2014. Well, there goes the money in my wallet.

#221010 Are you perfectly fine with homosexuals?

Posted by CrimsonDivine on 13 June 2013 - 07:18 AM in The Café

1. I'm talking about hitting on people when it clearly bothers them. Homophobic or not, when you do that you're invading someone's space and giving people reasons to dislike the LGBT community.

2. People who parade around assuring everyone they're straight are just as bad. Sexuality isn't a defining personality point, therefore people shouldn't feel the need to constantly tell everyone about their preferences.

I'm not saying I'm against homosexuality. It's a perfectly natural thing.

I'm not saying all gay people sick and unhealthy either.

I get it man haha my cousin is gay and he's happy and healthy

Only you can see them. But if you're getting warning points, chances are you should focus on stopping whatever it is you're doing rather than trying to make them go away.
/My personal, nonmoderator opinion.

No I have 0 haha I was just wondering if other people saw the number.

Homosexuality does pose health risks.

I'm not saying I'm against it by any means, however. It's the way you're born, therefore no one should stop you from loving someone regardless of gender.

How does it pose health risks...  <_< I don't see anything wrong with being gay or lesbian because you didn't decide to like the same gender or wake up one day and scream "I WANT TO BE HOMO".

EDIT: And BTW how do I get the warning points section under my profile picture to go away. Nobody else has it.

EDIT: Unless only I can see it?

#221208 Smash Bros. Update List- June 2013

Posted by CrimsonDivine on 13 June 2013 - 01:09 PM in Wii U Games and Software

I wouldn't really suggest making more than one thread, it doesn't really matter that much if it gets that long. But thanks! This is an awesome idea!

Maybe ill of it every two months but seriously we are getting pics 5 days a week and the DOJO will be updated quite frequently so it's gonna be a wall of text. Not everybody wants to go through and scroll forever just to see the news/ updates. I want the thread/s to be convienient.

#221227 Smash Bros. Update List- June 2013

Posted by CrimsonDivine on 13 June 2013 - 01:42 PM in Wii U Games and Software

Have you seen the current thread on SSB4? It's on it's like 40th page right now or something haha. But I was just suggesting, I'm not exactly sure of all the guidelines of locking topics on here, but it sounds like something that has the possibility of getting locked if it's the same subject

I know but I'm keeping all the updates in ONE POST, not throughout the entire thread.

Is this the Wii Fit themed stage?
Looks like it'll have you fighting on top of her while she works out in different poses.
