It'd be good for fans of it. Using the screen as deck management but honestly I'd like a card game even if it's not Yu-Gi-Oh with new WiiU exclusive cards. These cards would have a chip on them to use the gamepad's NFC. it'd be great to get cards play them normally. Then use the NFC to bring said card to life on the big screen tv! it'd be great. Ps3 did a similar concept with "eye of judgement" which was great but was too easy to cheat as people printed off the best cards. But a chip would fix this.

My brother would LOVE one. Should do a Yugioh style Eye of Judgement game.

Yes it's not on Wiiu.  You have to remember this game was been worked on while WWE 13 had just come out maybe even before release. Thq was going bump so they couldn't afford to make a WiiU version. Now it's 2k if WIIU picks up enough steam they'll release one.

I know I may be in the minority but I'm buying this day one on ps3

EA or Capcom. They both do the same things I hate. However that is not to say they can't do good things. I'm buying a few games from both but they are the worst IMO

Mine would be the following :

Wii U software/firmware updates

1) Tvii for the uk - We should have had it by now surely? I really wish we did

2) Region Free - PS4 and Xbox One have a big advantage with this. I feel if the WiiU did this too it'd be great. Also there is some great games for wii and Wiiu that never came out here.

3) Account improvement - Like others said I'd like it more like XBL or PSN accounts so if my system breaks I can still play my downloaded games like Monster Hunter 3

4) Gamecube VC - nuff said

An offical gamecube attapter - not just for GameCube vc but stuff like playing brawl on wiiu. The only reason I've not got the unoffical one on Amazon is Nintendo have in the past blocked some third party stuff using updates.

Something like this : for first person shooters could be great.

I dunno batman arkham city looks good, it incorperated the gamepad in so many ways...

What I'd like from E3 nintendo next year :

First Party - Just show the games they have annonuced for 2014 release and maybe a mario party

Exlusives - ZombieU 2 announced in a big way to entice those wanting more "mature games" , Lego City Undercover 2

Third party - ALOT of third party game support shown and highlighted

Mine would be Sackboy as i like things from Sonic , ghostbusters , mupperts to pirates of the caribean. I also like alot of geners from platformer to kart racing to rpg to action. I also like been creative in games and been english I also do everything stephen fry says

Love it. It's the best kind of social media, You don't need real details like facebook (i dont use facebook anyway) You dont need a twitter account. Parental controls could be set, share screen shots , ask for help , draw pictures , talk about the game. It was a great feature and one I don't think Nintendo has quiet perfected yet but is close.

It's one fault is they should seprate the sections. Have a section for "ART" "feedback" "help" and "disscusion" as seprate. As that way say i'm playing New Super mario bros and im stuck at bowser. I can open Miiverse , go to help section and ask "How do I do this" instead what we have is "How do I do this?" been buriied under pictures of toad , mario ect...

Maybe add a search function too.

But those 2 little things a side it's great , it's modern , It's inovative , it's what nintendo does best.

This is good. I truely think the power of PS4/Xbone will help the WIIU out in a way. I mean WB supporting WIIU means that their studios who can't afford to make a big powerful game will make wiiu ones. Most likely based on CN properties they own. Like maybe a ScoobyDoo Mystery Inc game using the pad in cool ways to solve the mysteries, I'd buy that not just for kids in my family either. I'd want to play that.

I'm also hoping WB use their dc comics library in a cool way for WiiU like maybe a Teen Titans or Supergirl game.

Lovefilm has announced that it will terminate all game rentals for both new and existing customers on August 8.

As it currently stands, anyone new who signs up for the service won't be offered the option to rent games, though existing customers are able to do so. Eurogamer reports that come August 8, game rentals will be removed from the service all together.

Lovefilm is owned by Amazon. It's interesting that the company has decided to ditch its game rental service given that it was a big incentive to subscribe to Lovefilm rather than its rival, Netflix, which has never offered the option to borrow video games.

This is sad news I subscribed to them + netflix. Netflix for streaming + lovefilm for games. I already canclled my account today as a result.

they're 2 new IPs at or near launch, plus an HD version of NSMB Wii. In my opinion the titles coming out this holiday are safe, strong titles that will sell a lot of systems. Plus the other strong titles coming out in 2014 (Smash, Kart, X, Bayonetta) Also Kart is early 2014 I believe. I think they pushed it back because there are plenty of titles this fall. 

I will agree to disagree. To me Mario + DK are strong but with mainly Nintendo die hards who will already own a WiiU. (Though if NSMBU is just HD wii game how is DKC not?) Also Mario 3D World I want it, however the general thoughts i saw online A LOT after it was revealed was "Meh it's a 3ds game sequel. I'll wait for nexrt galaxy before I buy wiiu"

Add GTA V as a competitor (this years biggest sellier I predict, and I want saints row IV more) and I dont see Wiiu competing to much. I mean even the parent factor. Wiiu $300 very few games Ps4 $399 a lot of games + will be heavily advertised in stores. $99 is not too big a diffrence and most will go with PS4. even now ps4 preorders http://www.digitaltr...ords-during-e3/ and I quote "n total, PS4 and Xbox One orders during the week of E3 beat console orders from the same period in 2012 by 4,000 percent.

Ok true its going against some hard hitting titles, but the people who dont like those titles and want those DK and Mario games will be all over. Marios always a must buy.

Yes but the people who want DK and Mario over those is ... us! the nintendo fans. We already own WiiU. Companies like EA + Ubisoft are looking for more consoles to sell to have bigger chance their games will sell

There's something very wrong here.

 

Not only is your logic flawed in that the games that the WiiU is missing out on aren't exactly family friendly parent-approved titles.  Wii U will have a much stronger and deeper lineup this Christmas than both of the other consoles as well.  The lineup this fall for both of the other ones is (quite literally) shooters, sports, and cars.

The parent approved sadly is very few. Kids + teens play shooters and driving games and their parents don't bat an eye. There is a reason every year COD is the biggest sales numbers. I agree parents should look in to it. But most don't now and it's shocking.

Seems smart I guess, most companies are. But with Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Super Mario 3D World I'm sure we'll be getting Wii U's off the shelf. If Nintendo does this right including Marketing.

Hopefully not to late for The Crew to make it.

I'm not enterly sure about this. NSMBU + Nintendo Land + Lego City didn't sell the system.  DKC TF and SM3DW  vs Ps4 , Xbox one , GTAV , COD ghosts and more big , big names is going to be hard. Now christmas 2014 with Smash bros + mario kart? yes. But now? not so much in my opinion though hopefully i'm wrong as I want a Zombiu2 (insert living dead bono joke) and will be getting Mario day one.

I hope the "mario & sonic" game brings back circuit mode or festival mode though. I hated the london mode last time.

Another problem is that Nintendo fans don't buy the third party games they say they're going to. That's why there's barely any support. Look at Black Ops II's sales, it's a prime example.

I bought that and a lot of third party games at launch like batman + sonic racing. I'm a big nintendo fan but I love third party stuff too.
