Yeah, at least the guy seems to know what he's talking about.
Even if it is fake though, I'm still holding out for Mega-Heracross.

Yeah.
There's no confirmation at this time, it's all speculation. This guy has some really good points as to why it's fake.

I could make out the squiggly lines but that wasn't really enough to make me discount it entirely.
If only I actually knew anything about how japanese is written. 
Still though, I got to learn something new at least.

I searched the image url and found some gamefaqs thread, at this point they're merely speculating it's fake (at least there they are).
One guy said the background pattern is from Black/White. I think he was reffering to this image.
You can see the checkerboard pattern on Zekrom's side. Although like I said it's speculation. (So I'd take this with a grain of salt until further confirmation)
