Really just starting to find out the amount of great games on the DS platform. I had a DS lite my dad found at work, but never really played it. Sold it later on, but now that I'm on forums people have been giving me some great suggestions on games to play. Been playing a lot of 999 and Final Fantasy type games. Looking to get any Metrold games on the Platform.

Over all though PS3 is my favourite platform. I like how trophies extend the length of the game, I also discovered online shooters such as COD on the platform. Going through a time of being broke, COD really helped me in times where I couldn't buy many games. I couldn't do things like that on any consoles prior to PS3. (except 360, but several red rings rendered that console useless till the slims came out.)

Well, as I said in my intro, I'm not a big Nintendo fan. The majority of their 1st party games dont do it for me. All I have on Wii U is:

I just started up a Wii collection. Yes I bought one and never used it. (Money to burn) I just recently started building up a collection consisting of unique games I can't find on other consoles, or feel work better on Wii therefore I own:

Cant disagree with this article and here is why. I cant see many people in my age range wanting a Wii U, 26. The casual consumer is still unclear why they should buy a Wii U / that Wii U is anything more than a tablet. Thus far the biggest selling point I've seen is being able to play your Wii U while someone else watches the main television. If I'm a parent I look at this and say "Okay, but I can buy little Jimmy a 3DS where he can play Zelda, Mario, Donkey Kong, Monster Hunter, and just about every iteration of a game on Wii U, plus I don't have to see or hear from him while I watch television, What, its also cheaper thanks to the 2DS!?! SOLD!!!" When it comes to the other side of the causal consumers not exactly knowing what the Wii U is: I can't blame them...

What it do, what it does, what it is people. I hate these things so lets keep it short...ish, sweet, and to the point.

I'm not a big Nintendo fan, never have been, probably never will be. However, I own a Wii U, I don't know why, I guess maybe it was the hype from other people around the web. Fact is, I have one, its been sitting here for the past year, and I figured I might as well use the thing. I joined this forum because its a forum specific to this console. I'm also a member of the 3DS forum, a Vita forum, though I'm not sure if I was banned after the Nelson Mandela / Paul Walker joke, and a PS4 forum. That's how I roll, I join forum specific to the consoles I own, not because I'm a massive fan of one of the big 3 companies.

I've got crude humour, and am a straight shooter. I give my opinion on things as I see them and remind people that just because I dislike something that you may be head over heels for, it should NOT stop you from enjoying whatever it is you enjoy.

No one I know. In fact, when I bought a Wii U and put a picture on Facebook, my friends has some very negative comments. I might have said my cousins, but their parents bought them a PS3 last Christmas so Wii U is probably out of the question this year.

Personally I enjoy achievements and the like, but I'd like an option to keep them private. Some achievements are interesting, like finding all the recordings in a Bioshock game, as I wouldn't have done that without the achievements and those recordings really tell the story. However, then you have stupid and pointless achievements like collecting a bunch of feathers in Assassin's Creed 2.

I just want to have the trophies private because while they do add to the longevity of a game, some people feel the need to judge you based on the achievements. 

Virtual Boy... Even Nintendo denies its existence.
