I'm wondering if games on the Wii U run faster downloaded from the eShop or from a retail disc. I have a huge HDD so I can download plenty of games to it but I figure if they run faster on the hard drive, I'll just do that instead of buying the disk and I also won't have to deal with disc reading errors or if the drive ever fails. Thanks in advance!

Well my concern is only the speed at which the game plays. Lego City: Undercover's loading times are terrible from my disc. I'll just buy eshop gift cards to purchase games from there, and I'm only interested in buying games like Pikmin, Super Mario Bros. 3D World, etc. Games that I know I won't want to sell.
