I think Nintendo needs to make it clearer to developers they can use some of the GPGPU's power to assist the slow CPU. Regardless it's like at the least they'll be strong indie and Japanese in addition to obviously Nintendo first-party and some third-party support. That plus the Gamepad makes it a worthy purchase though hopefully it's lifespan will be 4-5 years rather than 6 or more since the hardware won't be sufficient enough for that length.

Yeah but you need to remember Reggie Doesn't actually know whats coming out of his mouth.
I don't agree with him I just thought it was relevant in this thread. I think it was a good move though since the CNN audience will probably believe him.

As of right now I'm ok with it. There's been a lot of problems with the launch and the extra 12 days should help Nintendo fix the issues for our launch.

I cancelled my Wii U Vigilante Edition, I'll get the PS4 version instead since I'll have one by then.

Support the WIi U bro!
MAybe that'll give Ubisoft some time to see how the Wii U does, and whether or no we get the Crew. I can hope.
I don't want to support the Nintendo in the mess that is the Wii U. The Wii U was so horrible that it stopped me being a Nintendo fanboy.

What they really need is for hardcore third-party to have a really high attach rate with consoles sold in the first two months and then show the data to developers/publishers such as Besthesda, Rockstar, Bioware, Take-Two and for GTA V offer developer assistance.

The petition is at over 6,300 at the moment, I signed it. Wii U owners showing an interest for this is good at the least in that it'll show the developers that there's an audience for hardcore games.

With Dragon Quest VII, Monster Hunter 4, Pokemon X and Pokemon Y plus a bunch of mid-tier stuff like Super Robot Taisen UX and Youkai Watch, 3DS sales will be immense this year in Japan. Pokemon and Animal Crossing will help it in the West too.
