I really think you did capture the modern look, the font just works really well with the oval surrounding the word. I would be curious to see it without the captial N though. I think it would be something to look at.

I think one concern i have, and maybe others could verify, is that while your font is very easy on the eyes it pops a bit too much.

When you look at the original logo, the light grey area inside the oval seems to be a part of the logo. It is flat and there is no depth. With your updated logo, the font POPs out and makes the light grey area inside the oval look like it is in the background area. Kind of weird to explain it but hopefully it makes sense.

Other then that, i think it is a fantastic job. Especially with the mock ups for the product/packaging.

I would love to go back to tracks from older games, espcially the SNES and N64 versions. In reality though, i would be happy with just about any DLC as long as there is some substance to it!

I think a track editor would be awesome..and have the function where you could upload those tracks for everyone to play!!  Awesome idea!!

While i think this would be super cool, i think there could be some issues.

Mainly quality being one of them. Nintendo would have to not only have an easy and intuitive track creator, but have a serious in depth prerequisite for what it takes to actually finish and publish a map. ex. if track goes upside down, you must place gravity pads.

I like with the idea of custom tracks, but i like quality as well, not some track that looks good and just turns into a complete crap fest.

I'm not a new Wii U owner, but i'm a huge Nintendo/Zelda fan! I found this site searching for Gamecube replacement cases (Trying to get my zelda collection in the best cases possible) and thought the site looked great.

As far as hobbies - games, graphic design, hockey, and guitar.

Can't wait to see what the community has to offer.
