So, Square Enix of Japan has release something interesting. They have on their home page with a new update stating "TIMELIMIT WITHIN 7 DAYS" The only game I know that has importance with the number 7 and Square is TWEWY. Once you click on the link, a count down occurs that will go on until midnight West coast time. These numbers look exactly like the numbers on Neku's hand when he is playing the Reapers' Games.
This could also be for the 3DS instead or maybe both but who knows.
