When the PS4 arrives it will destroy the Wii-U and Nintendo so bad that they go into liquidation.
#203267 Why should I buy a Wii U?
Posted by xBASSxMONSTAx on 03 May 2013 - 02:17 AM in Wii U Hardware
To support Nintendo in these troubled times.
Without Nintendo, we would all get sick of gaming because it will just be call of duty's and battlefield type games.

#202910 Getting a bit fed up with UK prices Asda £149.99 Tesco £139.99

I cant believe it either. I should of waited but like an idiot fanboy, I just ran and bought it on launch because of the Nintendo logo.
I could of saved £150 which is a lot to me. I feel gutted.
But at least my money went to supporting Nintendo, .

I relate to that but i'm not really a Nintendo fan, i bought it for the following-
Next gen tech.
Game pad being a great idea.
Lego city and other promised 3rd party support.
Purchased late jan at full price and really do think the Wiiu is a great bit of kit but this price drop really is a big kick in the teeth.
It is because you know the next time Nintendo release a console, hardly anyone will buy it, they will just wait 5-6 months until the price drops nearly 50%.

Amazon UK, Base.com to follow suit shortly according to Eurogamer
All these price drop headlines on all the gaming sites right now must be killing Nintendo.

Sony are already up to their old tricks again. Apparently their ditching the famous dual shock controller and are in the process of making a new gamepad with a touchscreen in the middle... Hmmm, I wonder where they got that innovative idea from?
Heres a leaked pic of their new controller:
#201011 Nintendo 64 And GameBoy Advance Games Coming To Wii U Virtual Console

1. It's too much work for Nintendo to port games of gamecubes sizes on the Wii-U
2. Nintendo don't have enough resources to port GameCube games either.
But I think gamecubes games would be a wonderful addition to VC. I would wish for the following:
Luigi mansion
Metal Gear Twin Snakes
Resident Evil
Resident evil Zero
Mario sunshine

I bet they will in time. Late 2013 maybe
I hope so. With gamecube games added to VC, the Wii-U would be a force to be reckoned with.

Hardly any new footage or even release dates?
My Wii-U is already collecting dust and looks like it will be up until March when Rayman Legends comes out. I feel cheated out of my £350 quid i payed at launch.
