Looking at how much money Nintendo lost with that guilty sentene, the guy is getting almost half of the 3DS sales and games, so its not that much of a loss, especially this Limited Edition Pikachu 3DS in the U.S. there is nothing to worry about.

It would help alot if they have a price cut for their console just like the 3DS.
