I seem to remember reading that "The Darkness 2" would be a Wii U launch title, but can't find where I read it, does any else remember this? It's crtainly a bit bloody and full of gore for a Nintendo machine, which is a good thing as far as I am concerned. We need the Wii U to be seen as hosting all genres.

Hopefully the Wii U will feel more "open" in terms of games and 3rd party developer support.

Because a similarly named game called Darksiders 2 by THQ and Vigil Games was announced for Wii U at launch.
I'd love it if The Darkness 2 also made it, it could happen, but I'm not holding my breath for it.
The Darkness 2 is by 2K Games and Digital Extremes.

It's the person who wrote in the wikipedia page who has made a mistake because if you check the source that they use for the list of Wii U games they claim have been announced there is no mention of Darkness 2 but yet the person has written it.

nicee!! wii u is getting so much 3rd party support its amazing! im so happy about this, but i especially want skyrim, that would be the icing on the cake
