When this was announced in January, i honestly felt like a kid in a firework show, Shin Megami Tense is currently my favorite RPGs of all time and now crossing over with Fire Emblem, my all time favorite strategy game of all time made it even better. It made me question on how this will play out, and my guess is that it would play similar to Namco X Capcom or Projecy X Zone, its still hard to tell since all we can get from the trailer is that 2 characters from each game are gonna be a part of the crossover.
This begs the question, if this is what they are going with from now on for their future titles, I wonder what other crossovers they can make. Capcom is an obvious choice since they are 'Queens of the crossovers' and have a really good buisness relationship with Nintendo. Maybe we can finally see Mario and Sonic in a real story based crossover platformer game instead of an olympic game. But overall, it makes sense that they are making crossovers, these IPs have been in the buisness for a very long time, in their minds, sequels are great but having a game crossover would change and make people even more happy.
