My gamepad keeps losing its connection to the console. every couple of minutes. i have the console next to tv and i am sitting in front of tv, only about 2 meters in between. anyone else this problem or what could cause this?

I got the same issue... i thought it was my new linksys but it's not.
Should we call or we can do a hard reset on the gamepad?

it got worst over the week. i called the nintendo tec service and they advised me to come by ( luckily 5min from my home) so i did. They gave me coffee and Nintendo magazines and 3ds i could play with while they checkit out. (in a very cool room btw with all N consoles and N figures). After 10min they confirmed my complains and gave me a new gamepad. Great service and very nice ppl.
