Despite the huge amount of crap Capcom pump out such as sequel upon sequel to our once beloved franchises there's one thing I have faith in. Their relentless ability to port games to their platforms, and I feel this could be the Wii U's hidden ally and indicates Panta Rhei and Panta Rhei games will be available on Wii U. Remember this is a company that ported Street Fighter II so much they actually managed to port it to a calculator!

So despite despising Capcom so much at the moment I have faith that they could be an ally to Nintendo for the next generation!

But they have been a great ally anyway.

Sure, they whore out on unnecessary DLC packs and they canned MML3 (no doubt, Inafune leaving was the core of that). But they do dish out things for Nintendo. Monster Hunter is biggest one of late, but lets not forget things like Project X Zone and E.X Troopers.

But they are a Japanese company and a lot of the new stuff, like a lot of Japanese companies, doesn't reach our shores. They are very much like Ubisoft, in that they have just as many reasons to love them as there are to hate them.

Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON

Agreed, I'm just thinking with their new next gen game engine I'm sure instead of pulling an Epic they'll actually announce a Panta Rhei game for the Wii U.

You know, after all they've done.....watch them confirm a Mega Man game exclusive to Wii U, cause you know, Megaman is the same color of the box.

Again with their track record of porting we'll probably see it

That game looks amazing. I doubt it's gameplay we see, but hell, if one of the gen8 consoles can produce that 60fps 1080p real-time.. I'm impressed (even though it's only very small closed areas, the effects are impressive).

I also have faith in Capcom. Revelations was an amazing game and even though it was more suited for a handheld, it's some sort of sign that they care about the RE franchise and what people think of it. Sure, there's action in it (explosions.. wow) but it's really a step in the right direction.

I'm a capcom supporter, but they are wearing me really thin as the years go by not only without a megaman game, but without an announcment of a game.

I dont even care if its wii-u or not, i want a real megaman game

I like Capcom, sure we missed out on Street Fighter X Tekken and a few Resident Evil games, but Capcom always supplies us with some other great games. Hopefully with the Wii U, we will be getting some more Street Fighter and Resident Evil (Revelations is on it's way!).

Hi, my name is Alph. I live on a planet named Koppai. I am famous for saving my planet from starvation. My best friends are Brittany and Captain Olimar, NOT Captain Charlie. I like surfing the KopNet and playing Kopetball.

The only thing i have seen capcom do wrong is not supporting megaman, they're a ok company really. nothing really bad you can say about them

I remember the survey they had and saw Battle Network HD was a thing. Now I know not everything will happen and it was just to get an idea for future e shop only stuff but OMG! Battle Network HD on wii U with Miiverse and possible wifi battles could be one of the best things in my life!

Of course I am properly the only Battle Network fan here but yeah! :)

I think that Capcom will be a good supporter of Wii U. So far, MH 3 is doing well for them. Even in Europe, where there isn`t enough stock to meet demand.

Would like to see some old classics remade for Wii U, like Megaman, Dino Crisis, Final Fight, Onimusha, Resident Evil 2 remake.

You are not alone!  My first megaman game was battle network 4 and I had a brother who would always get the opposite game.  I got a lot of mileage out of the BN series and starforce to lesser extent.  An HD collection of BN would be an instant buy for me since I never got the first 3 and I think my BN4 got stolen.  They have my attention with this.

More on-topic, fortunately, the games from capcom that I like never got obviously burned.  My only gripe is that Ace Attorney Investigations 2 never got brought over.  I can understand other fans' frustrations like with some of the resident evil games.  Capcom does seem like they're correcting themselves recently, so I have hope that they will fix those issues.

I would not mind if ME I 2 became a e shop game you can download and not retail. I just want to see more Kay

The only problem I have with Capcom are their DLC practices, I mean I just got Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on my Wii U and their giving us free DLC!!!!!! So I'm definatly not complaining, I just hope the days of bad Capcom DLC are over.
