Eurogamer has revealed that Batman: Arkham Origins is currently in development and will be available for the Wii U, PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. However, you should note that the Playstation 4 and Xbox 720 were not mentioned as consoles for the game.
WB Games Montreal is developing the game instead of Rocksteady, who developed the original two games. Batman: Arkham Origins is set a few years before the other games in the series, making it effectively a prequel.
Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita will also be receiving a new Batman game titled Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate which will be released October 25th, 2013.
