Hello people just beat the game Amazing!!!! But i have a question i have unlocked characters and vehicles but how do i use them i went to a call in station but there was only one car? How do i get to use it and what about the characters? Thanks!!!

you dont unlock the cars and characters, you unlock availability to be able to buy them. Go into the police building, go into the basement and to the left go to that woman frank loves (Ellie?) talk to her to buy the characters, on the opposite side (right side) you talk to the guy there to buy cars. between 10,000 to 1,000,000 studs each character (maybe more, maybe less, matters what character you unlocked was)

Lol I didn't know this, haven't played much but just hit 1 million studs wondering what the hell they were for.
