I don't know why, but this story made me a little teary eyed. This man would have never known 3D without the 3DS... It shows just how a amazing this industry is... Here is the quote from the stereoblind (meaning you cannot see 3D) George Kokoris, a senior designer at Rare Ltd....

I had never known it was possible for reality to look this way—for things to look as solid as they feel.

Yet there I was, holding this little chunk of plastic and silicon in my hands, tears streaming down my face because I had never known it was possible for reality to look this way—for things to look as solid as they feel. I couldn’t look away. I got a 3DS of my own the next day, and later replaced it with an XL. I revisited Hyrule in Ocarina of Time 3D, stopping and staring at every piece of architecture. I still spend more time running aimlessly through Super Mario 3D Land’s gorgeous environments than I do trying to beat the game.

-George Kokoris

Wow... Just... Wow

I was once known here as KillerMario, but since I really like Banjo-Kazooie, I changed my display name to show them my respect :)

I have a bad stigmatism in my right eye which can sometimes effect my depth perception, I'm the opposite though sometimes when playing 3ds for length periods I have to close my right eye for a few mins to let it adjust. Its weird though I don't have that problem when I remove my contact lenses.

Wow, it moved me quite a bit! Glad to know the 3DS made someone feel happy for real!

Your eye doesn't adjust when you put on lenses. The lenses change the angle from which light enters your eye. That's why.

Oh lol I assumed that when you said "it's weird" you weren't sure what was happening. Yea I got a big bundle of ocular problems as well, but glad to know you knew that already! :)
