A spiritual successor to Sonic Genesis?
It looks to be the original Sonic the Hedgehog, just a 3D classics edition.

Man, there's so many additional features
- Button Mapping
- Ability to use the Spin Dash
- Switching between the international and Japanese release versions.
- Different options for sound emulation
- Different types of 3D, zoom or depth.
Other articles are stating that you will be able to save your game.
This sounds awesome, I'll be getting this soon, if it releases in North America. Sega would be stupid not to release all of their 3D Classics overseas, especially Sonic.
