So, Should they? I don't know about you, but I think it would be great to have Sega as a Nintendo developer. Nintendo could finally make awesome Nintendo x Sega crossover No, not Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games, seriously. But what do you think, would you like to see this-
NO.
Not meaning to be rude, but they are entirely different companies Plus, the only Sega Franchise that I could see benefitiing from such a deal would be Sonic and NiGHTS, which is a small amount compared to how many franchises would hurt. Now Nintendo buying out a few of their IP's I could handle.
Games that refuse to use Gameplay effectively to do anything are like films that refuse to use cinematography in film to do anything.

@Lord N
Because more money and quality control are going to hurt SEGA's IPs?

Thats no what I meantYes, i most certainly think Ninty should buy out SEGA, if they can afford it. It would be a huge asset to Nintendo, taking away a large portion of PS360 games.

In Hind site, you are correct. I just forgot about some of Sega's great new IPs. Only problem I would have with Sega would be that who would publish all the crappy movie titles?

I absolutely agree with this.Firstly, Nintendo can't afford to buy Sega. Secondly, this is a terrible idea.
You have to understand that Nintendo and Sega are very different companies. Sega fans were absolutely dismayed when Sega stopped making consoles, so imagine how they'd feel if their favourite franchises became "Nintendoised". It's way more likely that one of the big 3rd party developers would buy them than Nintendo.
