I suppose this is more software but since it's using the gamepad I threw it into the hardware section.

 

As far as I am aware, there is only one way to take a screen capture during gameplay and that is by pressing the home button. Am I correct?

 

I would love to see an added feature, perhaps a voice command or something or just maybe an easier way to take a screen cap. There have been times I missed capturing what I wanted fumbling to quickly hit the home button.

 

Would be neat to just say screen capture or take picture, as you are playing and allow you to take up to 3 to 5 captures, then decide which one you want to use on miiverse. Perhaps you could even store the others you took in a folder and attach them as messages to friends.

 

Does anyone know if it's possible sending screen caps now to friends, besides posting to miiverse in a community?

I imagine that as the Wii U goes along they'll add more features. Right now though you can only take one at a time and only post to Miiverse to my knowledge. I think Pikmin 3 though will allow you to take multiple pictures, or something like that if I remember correctly.
