Not great news to say the least for Nintendo. Even more annoying its a Ubisoft game who have shown brilliant support for wii u. Lets not forget though that ps3, 360, PC, wii, android, ios, mac os, ds, psp, original xbox, ps2, dreamcast etc all have pirate versions of games available;

Well without wishing to see like a terrible pirate I was on a torrent site looking for an obscure japanese animation series (gatcha man) and saw it as a recent release.

 

For some reason I feel compelled to upload images of my 2 large shelving units full of original dvds, blurays and games.

This is old news, it was announced around the 2'nd/3'rd of may.
Obviously the rips are unplayable atm, since the Wii U has yet to be hacked (There is a modchip coming out apparantly, but until it's out, no one can play pirated copies of Wii U games)
But yeah, sucks.

I will update this thread with images of both shelving units. Just so I don't get a reputation as a terrible pirate. Although saying that my torrent of gatchaman has just started to download.

 

 

It's what the american 'battle of the planets' is based on, although they added 7zark7 to replace all the nasty violent bits from gatchaman.

Nothing to worry about yet, the Wii U isn't hacked so you literally can't do a thing with this.

Tons of game rips but that doesnt mean the system is open enough to play them.

And it probably wont come that fast either.

It's not a big deal really. The positive look at this is that it will rather improve hardware sales... but since not many people even have a Wii U yet, does this really makes much of a difference for Nintendo's incomes?

I didn't even know that game existed, now I'll have to buy it. Great reviews too. Something that I'm sure will look very nice on the wii u's hdmi output. I guess not as obscure as I thought although I knew Gatchaman was big in Japan.

 

 

Reminds of me of all the great side on beat em ups on the dreamcast.
