Wow, just wow. Unlike Apple, and Nintendo in some aspect, your xbla games won't work on the new Xbox. I always asked myself that question and thought that it wouldbe a no brainer. But it seems that MS decided not to deliver. Apart from backward compatibility, this is another point why I wont choose To be an Xbox loyalist, as Ms seems not to be loyal towards us.

Micro has decided they don't give a crap about their consumers, and all they care about is the money. Whoever buys this console needs to realize they are supporting an anti-consumer product that is trying to make someone spend tons of money on stuff that used to be free. Also, no backwards comparability is for backwards companies that live in the past. Stupid Microsoft.

I understand that the One has different architecture than the 360, but I'm wondering why they didn't put some of the horsepower to use to at least emulate XBLA and retail games. I do own a 360, so I will just keep that and use it and my Wii U (along with my collection of older consoles) to game while they go "forward" and forget about consumers.

Considering how popular XBL is this is the most stupid desision ever. More reasons to not get an Xbox 360 - 359 = 1.
