The negative: I said there isn't as much blood and gore in the game, but it is still there, especially if you're playing as the Joker or Aquaman. Also, the beginning of the story is something I did NOT like at all! Plus, they've been making the Joker a whole lot scarier since Heath Ledger played him in The Dark Knight. Now that's scary!

Thanks for the review- this is a title that I'll probably get by the end of the year. Just got Batman- will probably wait to finish this and for the price to come down here.

They actually did have an Injustice comic series to give consumers the story up to and throughout all of the story in the game. It's really really good, I suggest checking it out.
Unless you really were THAT disturbed by The Joker and everything that caused the actual story to the game. I don't know if you've ever read ANY comics, but a lot of them are a whole lot more gruesome than the game, especially the Teen Titans ones. The show that was on cartoon network was almost nothing like the comics. All of them delve into much darker subjects than they show on TV, and much more than even in this game. The story was actually quite clean for DC.
Just curious, are you against any violence of sorts in video games? Because I didn't think the game was bad at all in that regard

The positive: I like the story line of the game. I think it's good enough to become a DC Comics multi issue mini series, either by itself or as a part of the Justice League series (since DC is famous for introducing alternate universes such as Earth-1). Also, the moves are pretty simple to use. There isn't as much blood and gore as there was in the Mortal Kombat games and Batman Arkham series. Also, I liked that they brought back a Teen Titan to join them (Raven), which makes at least 3 former Titans to join the JL.

I think we're on issue 21 of the Injustice mini-series. Not so mini.

I'm against games containing blood and gore, like Assassins Creed. However, this game doesn't have as much of that besides what I mentioned in my review. As for comics, I currently like reading the Justice League series and I've read the Titans. I'm also a fab of the Ninja Turtles. I will definitely check out the Injustice series.

Why are you completely against it? I admit I get annoyed with the sheer amount of games that feel like they need violence to be successful, but other than that there's nothing I find personally wrong with violence in games

I don't mind violence in games. However, I don't like seeing blood and gore anywhere, and that's what this game has a little bit of. Not much, just a little bit.
