New update was just released for Miiverse with Twitter and Facebook sharing buttons. Looks like Nintendo is moving in the right direction with social integration. Only through browser Miiverse as far as I'm awar, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. 

 

EDIT: They also added Tumblr and Google+ support. Thanks Sorceror12!

■ Web version You can now share your Miiverse posts on other social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter! An icon has been added to the post screen to let you share your posts easily and quickly. In order to protect your privacy and that of others, please do not include any information (such as a username or ID) related to an outside service, or links to external websites which could be used to contact you directly. We also opened an Nintendo@E3 2013 Community and a Super Smash Bros. Series Community. Be sure to check them out for all the latest Nintendo announcements!

I believe it has to be from a PC, they have not yet added functionality for FB/Twitter sharing from the console.

This is awesome, I knew it wouldn't be long, can't wait for them to integrate it into the Wii U version.
