I was once known here as KillerMario, but since I really like Banjo-Kazooie, I changed my display name to show them my respect

Insane markups since Nintendo are too chicken to share a RRP in Europe.

I don`t think they even can. Wasn`t that the reason the EU sued them a few years ago?

Both Sony and Microsoft and even companies like Apple have RRP's and SRP's so why can't Nintendo.

Geez... Australians must have some pretty large piggy banks to afford their games.
In US dollars that's pretty much the same price as the original New Super Mario Bros. U.
Bleh eh eh.

For electronic goods you're not supposed to give a rrp because the eu think it's anti-competitive.
bs imo

My mistake. The fine was for forcing stores - i think - to not accept games from other countries where prices were cheaper, thus forcing store to only deal with Nintendo and it`s distributors.

It was not a lawsuit, it was a fine.
I explained above what happened.

The digital DLC version is supposed to be released this Thursday for North America, Europe, and Japan. So I'm assuming Australia will be getting it on Thursday. The physical copy is supposed to be released in July for Europe (and I'm assuming all the other PAL regions), and in August for North America.
