Nintendo Everything

 

 

Mario Kart 8 is slated for spring of 2014. When exactly the game will be hitting Wii U is unclear, as Nintendo has yet to share a specific date. However, in a recent newsletter from Nintendo of Europe, it’s mentioned that Mario Kart 8 is coming in April of next year.

You may remember that Mario Kart Wii launched in April way back in 2008. Of course, that doesn’t necessarily mean that Mario Kart 8 will arrive during the same month.

As always, take this rumor with a grain of salt until Nintendo makes an official announcement.

I think you mean GREAT game. Mariokart 7 was good, but felt rushed. This needs more polish than that one. A LOT more polish.

I loved mk7 but some of the "shortcuts" straight up broke the game

I'm pretty sure they've been developing Mario Kart 8 since the end of Mario Kart 7 (or later if the Wii U wasn't at a programmable state); so April 2014 isn't much of a stretch.

Basically we're gonna get some good games this holiday, then be held out until April, considering we're getting Zelda, Donkey Kong, and a 3D Mario until then, I see minimal issues there
