Just very recently bought a Wii U second hand which had a parental lock on it. I spoke to the shop who had no idea what the pin was and then spoke to Nintendo who said I would have to send the console to them in order for the lock to removed. Is there any other way of getting this PIN reset? I really don't want to lose my Wii U for 1-2 weeks after just getting it and already have some games bought for it.
I've seen the Wii tool that can be used to get a master code to reset it, can this work on the Wii U as well?
