I found this post on Gaf and thought peeps on here might like to see it (or not). Wish i had of waited for the £149.99 price tag, that for me would be ok on a console that will only ever have first party support.

With 6 months without a killer app and really a few new games and this is what you get.

Exactly. I think that sales in the next six months will be much higher since we have lots of good 1st party and some excellent 3rd party coming out in the autumn/winter seasons.

Nintendo have made a huge mistake by having such long gaps between decent titles. I hope they have learned from it.

I think so too.

They didn`t want to miss that Christmas period. Might aswell have. The damage caused by the slow OS, lengthy firmware update and lack of games has hurt them more than they imagined.

Sad really when you think 'The last of us' sold more in three weeks than every single WiiU title in six months....

Will be interesting to see how sales go after the releases of Pikmin, Smash Bros. Donkey Kong, Mario 3d, Mario Kart.....  Seems like 3ds saw spikes in sales after certain releases.

lol  the Wii has more sales than the WiiU !

i cannot see the in-coming games making any difference, if people wanted a WiiU they would of bought one already.

if i hadn't already got a WiiU i wouldn't think of buying one now, or in the next six months.

Yup. But the Last of Us deserved it. Game of the year.

Ouch, well at least I'm in the sale figures lmao, even if they are low, I'm enjoying my Wii U so that's all that matters I suppose.
