All of Activision's games haven't been released on the Wii U eShop. Nor have they ever released any demos or DLC there as well. This doesn't just apply to the Wii U eShop, as it seems Activision hasn't released anything on the 3DS eShop either (besides a demo for some Moshi Monsters game). While the big issue has been with the lack of BLOPS 2 DLC (and possibly DLC for COD Ghosts), I'm not sure many people have noticed Activison hasn't released anything else on either eShop. Is the lack of these digital releases and DLC due to some issues with Activison and the eShop? Is there some sort of development issue or something else that's causing all the uncertainty in the DLC releases? (EX. COD Ghosts pre order for Wii U on some website has been swinging back and forth on it's stance of including the pre order bonus DLC or not. Similar to how BLOPS 2 was handled).
Is there some kind of requirement that other publishers/devs are meeting on the eShop, but Activision can't? As it seems that practically every retail Wii U release has hit the eShop. Besides all of Activision's games and some assorted games (like Disney Infinity and Mass Effect 3). Why is Activision refusing to release anything on either of the eShops?
