They're only going to translate something that hasn't been translated.

Mother 3 was never officially translated, same with Mother 1

Mother 1 has been officially translated by Phil Sandhop... But the game never got released in US. And later the game got leaked.
Only Mother 3 is fan translated.

Tingle is considered to be one of the best games on the DS in Japan.
And it is barely playable without knowing the Japanese language.
Thus, the leading.

If there's nothing on the list of games that you want to see translated, you could vote for the 3rd chibi-robo game or Moon Remix RPG Adventure. They're both good games.
