Ninja Gaiden 3 is coming to the Wii U and Team Ninja has revealed that, even though the game is not being developed in parallel with the Xbox 360 or PS3 versions, they "do have the game up and running on the dev hardware." They're unsure of the limits of the hardware, but are interested in "pushing the hardware as hard as it can". It's not all about raw power though:
...we want to use to its full potential and really push that. Not just in spec, but the features that make that hardware unique. So for right now with Wii U, we’re just starting to know what Wii U is and how we can make it fun.
It may only be in early development, but I think this is a game worth watching.
