Nintendo has replied to the rumour, saying that nobody of the name Nando Monterazo has ever worked for the company.
Honestly, I can't see why people would ever believe this. I very much doubted it right from when the rumour first started.

If Nintendo was to do this, I believe they have the resources to use their own OS.
