I'd link you but I'm on my mobile... google search it. For those who don't know, Edge is notoriously tough when reviewing video games.

This news has boosted my already high excitement for Skyward Sword to levels I have never thought possible. For a reviewer as tough as Edge to give it a 10/10 truly speaks for the quality of the game, and how much work EAD Group 3 put into it's development. I have always been somewhat certain, but now I'm 100% positive that this will be the game that knocks Ocarina of Time off of the thrown that it has been sitting on for the last 13 years since it's release. November, Y U NO HERE YET?!

You're forgetting it's IGN. Which I think stands for IGnorant Nerds.

Anyways, I'm glad to hear this, just makes me happier with my pre-order.

You shouldn't really say that right now. The people that are going to be reviewing the game are considered good reviewers and they have been saying nothing but good things about the game.

Yeah, you've done a great job so far, letting the Metal Heads destroy the palace.

IGN is notorious for being biased against Nintendo though.

On topic, knowing Edge, this is really pleasing me.

Wow! I knew that Skyward Sword was going to be good, but I didn't have it down as the sort of game that would get perfect scores, especially from the likes of Edge. This could be the best game in the Legend of Zelda series so far if this review is anything to go by.

i've heard this complaint before about ign being biased against nintendo. i personally have never come across this biased before with them, then again i dont really look at their nintendo game reviews except for a few. thats not my point though :P my point is that they gave oot 10/10 and alttp 10/10. also if you look at their 100 best games of all time list, half of them are nintendo :D if not half then more!! so i dont see any reason why ign won't give skyward sword 10/10 unless they've changed significantly since those days :(

I'm pretty sure IGN's chief editor of Nintendo, Richard George, is a Nintendo fan. It is his specific job to cover all things Nintendo. I don't see any benefit in IGN's Nintendo department being biased towards Nintendo...

Well, their reviews aren't biased...just their articles I suppose.

To me it depends on the editor. They are a few good one like Rich and Audrey. But they are some really biased editors in Ign. But back on topic Zelda is gonna be winning some game of the year awards.

This makes me want the game even more now! I wonder if this game could step up to be as good as Ocarina of Time was is.
