This may not mean a whole lot, considering it's coming from Capcom, but Kenzo Tsujimoto, the founder of the company has said he has "high expectations" for the Wii U. Unfortunately, that's it. I'd like to think it means they're going to doll out a ton of support for the system, but that faith didn't work out last time.
