When I try to add friends on miiverse, it takes forever and then doesn't work. I get a "Could not connect to the Internet" error (code 121-9998). I search for the code and the nintendo page says it couldn't find the code or something like that. Everything else works fine internet-wise. I can post and read other posts on miiverse, the only thing that doesn't work is adding friends. Anyone else experience this and know a fix?

ditto to this. this is exactly what's happening to me. I just bought my Wii U, so I'm a little bummed I can't add my friends
