Yeah, you've already got 3, so it shouldn't take you too long to reach 5 posts. The limit is mainly to prevent any trolls from signing up and going straight into the chat, as it's harder to moderate than the forums.

Nobody has answered about 3DS Forums ;b.
The reason is David and Feld0 are in a partnership, to put it simply. It's to get all the 3DS Forum members over here (which I don't really like, considering how rude some of the people over there are).
