Resident Evil Revelations 3DS -

This game is a decent quality thriller. It is the first Resident Evil game I have played, and I have chosen one that may not be the best, but may not be the worst either.

While other horror games try to scare you with vast amounts of blood or darkness, this game is more subtle yet still full of surprises. I'll give it that.

At a price of like $40 when it was new, it might have been a bit of a head-scratcher to pick this game up. But at $20, in digital form on the eShop or if you can find it in store, this game is a no-brainer to pick up. So give a cinematical, graphical, and slightly rewarding 3DS horror game a try.

My score: 8.0/10

Now for Pokemon X -

There is a certain, slightly naive magic about this game. It is like a refreshing RPG that occasionally, but not always, picks you back up when you fall down. Not much has changed in Pokemon other than graphics and adding more stuff, since the early days, really. I remember playing Pokemon Gold on the Gameboy Color.

There is a slight difficulty curve to this game though. In many places, the game kind of holds your hand. Still in others, if you skip a few bushes, you can get trounced by a trainer or gym leader.

My score: 8.9/10

Um what difficulty curve? I maintained a team of about 10 for the first half of the game and still easily trounced the Pokemon league. Also, where are you analyzing the games to tell us why you thought those things? You told us a few feelings an awarded a score based upon that.

I personally am stuck on the second Gym leader in Pokemon X. I need to level up more and shouldn't have passed some weeds and stuff.
