Hello, good night!

 

I'm having an issue with my Wii U, I've bought the game Wind Waker HD at CD Universe but the game doesn't load, the video game recognize the CD but the game never loads, it remains stuck on the loading screen (tribal screen, before the game starts)

 

what should I do?

Had this problem with my copy of NSMBU and Nintendo Land, simple fix.

 

Did you download any updates for WWHD? If so, go into settings on your wii u console, go into the system memory, delete everything related to Wind Waker HD in there. When you're done, insert the disc. If that doesn't work, all I could reccomend is bringing back the disc.

Thanks Abcdude, but there wasn't anything related to WWHD on my console system memory =/

I'd take the disc back to where you got it from and get an exchange and try that.
