I still have these after all these years and for me and maybe others find it a little interesting to see them. You may even find a game or 2 that never released asking you to pre order. For the Younger crowd may find a few things you never heard of.

I can't post the images in full to will post a link to an album.

My biggest regret is I got All Stars Baseball 99 when I could have had that Lunar CE...I was not into RPG's then.

Nostalgia for sure, bit weird seeing how Americanised the magazines are compared to what I'm used to seeing. Our national Toys R Us would have Fifa/PES in place of the NBA and Madden games beside the consoles.

How cool is that Saturn controller? Nothing like the original European version I have upstair. Also just pre-ordered the N64, that is an Xbone killer right there.

US has all 3 Saturn control variations but that was the standard. I like it but I also like the others can't really choose TBH.

Why the heck is NBA Hang Time more expensive for the Super Nintendo and Genesis than the ps1? Seems like it should be the other way around. Also thanks for posting these, always cool to take a look back at gaming's past!

Not until PS2,Xbox,GCN did games have set prices. Gaming was much more expensive then and also consider inflation to our dollars. Seeing 70$ games was not all that unheard of. NES I remember my dad pissed off paying 70$ for TMNT..in the 80's. Be like paying $140 now. Prices were nuts and I remember sports games being more for some reason. As much as i love gaming from the 90's. That is one thing not missed at all. Another reason PS1 did better than N64. Most games were $40 while N64 most were $60 and some $70.

Kind of funny to see Sonic Xtreme on that last page for Saturn games. Wonder what could have happened if the game released?
