Ubisoft has no incentive to make a WiiU version considering all their other efforts ended in failure
What they think has been fa failure. ZombiU sold well for what it was, and as a launch title, and is highly praised. Rayman Legends sold pretty well despite the delay. Their Just Dance games and other casuals they are probably going to keep supporting. Sadly the titles like Splintercell and Assassins Creed didn't fare well. And the rest are rather niche titles.
I feel like Sega would have more harm against the Wii U, but they don't sell well on any platform much anymore.
