As you know there will be playable smash at best buy.... PLAYABLE SMASH... at best buy only :/
last time they had 3 or 4 upcoming wii u games including mario kart 8 once again only at best buy. For someone like me who lives in the uk I will have been screwed from my chance to play smash early.
I understand that the US is the bigger market but I really hope ninty put up some demo units in Game or another store like that.

Nintendo hates us in the UK/EU more than the rest of the gaming industry does.
You guys got Fatal Frame,Disaster Day of Crisis and got Xenoblade and The Last Story and Pandora's Tower when it was pretty much a given at that time US would never see them. Even when we did you guys still got the best Collectors Editions. I have the CE of TLS and PT from EU and they are great.

The only one i don't have is MH3U reason being i played the demo & didn't like it.

E3 is a North American event, so no surprise there. Still, I don't think any regions should be excluded. >_>

Blame NoE, NAL, who ever else not setting up an event, NoA can't do it for them.Alongisde what DreamCat said, you guys also get a majority of games early now days.
