World of Warcraft is an MMORPG, which makes it a different type of game. That game involves level grinding and a bland world. Whatever you do has absolutely no effect in game, you are nobody special in Warcraft. Warcraft has no real storyline and no point to it besides becoming more powerful than your friends and doing raids. It's the american starcraft.
Skyrim and skyward sword are games that are focused around your character. The world changes as you change. You have stories to follow and there a differences in specific gameplays.

WoW has a story, it's just that the players do jack in helping it progress.

Games that refuse to use Gameplay effectively to do anything are like films that refuse to use cinematography in film to do anything.

They are all the same, I think they all should just be called the same name too

Not sure if you're just that big of a Nintendo fanboy to have absolutely zero tolerance for absolutely ANYTHING that isn't on a Nintendo console, or if you are just that stupid!

The only thing WoW and Skyrim has in common is that they are RPGs set in a medieval world. Which is a LOT of games!
If time period turns Skyrim into WoW that would mean ANY game having to do with building up a hero in a medieval time period theme then I guess that makes Zelda WoW too!

Neat, Skyrim is a good game, I'm glad both Skyward and Skyrim got recognized as they masterpieces they are. I still can't decide which one I like better. I have 84 hours on skyward and about 96 hours on Skyrim due to there being a lot more content. Skyward was a bit tighter and a lot more polished but Skyrim has all kinds of customizability and interesting characters and stuff it's also very new and fresh for me at least but then Nostalgia kicks in for Zelda so yeah. Very hard choice for me but again Glad they both got awarded.

Also noticed there isn't much love for WoW here. hehehehe
