My complaint over the last 2 years has been 3rd party support, which still kinda sucks. .. But has I always said, who cares? The awesome Nintendo stuff is available now and more coming soon...ish.
Good times.
If this can't sell systems then the world has officially entered the zombie apocalypse.

All three systems had beyond-expectations showings. I think Nintendo won ever so slightly, though.

Nintendo still has an upwards battle to fight. Most of the heavy hitters are coming out next year. Even X. And if Smash falls out of 2014 and goes to 2015 it's going to be bad.

That is a good point, But for me I have MK8 now, Hyrule Warriors later.
I don't need 1-2 games a month for one system due to the fact I play games on multiple systems. Still, Very exciting news to me and stuff is much closer now.

We got a fair amount coming the rest of the year: Captain Toad. Smash, Hyrule, Mario Party 10, Bayo, Sonic Boom and some other 3rd party stuff.
Good to see the Wii U's future is bright.

Compared to Wii in how much effort in games Nintendo is outputting on a scale of Virtual Boy to SNES. WiiU is on a SNES level.
Nintendo is putting far more creativity and effort than Wii.

I've been pretty happy with my purchase- got it last year in April. I've had peaks and valleys with it- was very happy with it at purchase. Then enthusiasm died for a bit. Then interest picked back up with Pikmin, W101, then it subsided a bit until SM3dW. I've been able to fill the gap between DKTF and MK8 with some good indy games. It's a good time to own a Wii U and it will be a great time to own one in about a year.
