Dragon Quest X is coming to the Wii and the Wii U. We don't any specific details about the Wii U version, but Yosuke Saito, one of the producers said that:
The Wii version is totally fun! The Wii U version is totally fun! And it’s also extremely beautiful.
And that's not much to go on, but I do like the sound of that "extremely beautiful" bit. Let's hope he's not just hyping up his own game.
