Well let's see.
Wii U - Wii = U
Now we just have to find out the price of U. I tried Googling it, but I just got a bunch of stuff about universities. I'm pretty sure they have the price of a U on Jeopardy, but I haven't seen that show in a while.

It's hard to say as there's hardly anywhere doing pre-orders for the Wii U yet, let alone doing trade in offers, but I think you'd probably get a £50-60 discount on the Wii U if you trade in a Wii.
