One of my favorite games is Dungeons n Dragons Chronicles of Mystara (E-Shop,PSN,Steam,PS3 retail) and Dragon's Crown (PS3,PSVita) Dragon's Crown is from the Director of those arcade DnD games.
I also really enjoyed Dragon Age Origins and for those not in the know Dragon Age Origins is the spiritual successor to Balder Gate which was a spinoff of DnD. So DAO was kinda a spinoff of a spinoff.
I never played the Tabletop DnD but hope to someday to try it. I welcome a new top down Hack n Slash RPG.
