I started up Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap this morning and it took me to a suspend point that is behind where I was yesterday. I am pretty sure that I saved my game through the in-game save function before turning it off last. Is there a way for me to go straight into my actual saved game rather than the suspend point?

 

Also, I thought that a suspend point was supposed to be deleted whenever you load the game from it the first time. This is not happening for mine either. No matter how many times I start and restart the game, it takes me to the same suspend point.

I guess I must not have saved my game when I thought I did. Lots to replay now... lol at least I know how to restart the game

What I do is I save and quit, then I close the game while it's showing the intro screen.

 

But I'm currently picking through ALTTP, which doesn't let you save and continue.
