I've been following game related news via my browser since as early as 1997. My first gaming website was CVG, quicly followed by IGN.
Both sites do not excist as they did then. I don't like IGN as it has become to much of a business. CVG, which was still my favorite shut down last december, as did 1up. Now, i'm kind of lost. I checked some other gamerelatedsites as
Gamasutra, Kutaku, Eurogamer, Gamesradar...but I just can't connect.

Which are your favorite gaming websites?

I go to a lot of small time sites and blogs instead of the big media outlets. I used to go on Kotaku, IGN and such but I never really cared about my time on those sites. 

 

I used to go on Andriasang and now rely on Gematsu and Siliconera for Japanese announcements. 

 

But otherwise I go to a big plethora of small time sites and blogs.

I go to My Nintendo News for Nintendo stuff and I used to use IGN, but I don't really follow general gaming anymore

I take to twitter and follow some of the bigger sites as well as follow many of the console companies, devs, publishers that I have an interest in. I visit a few blogs here and there, smaller niche sites and several forums too.

GameInformer, Nintendo Everything, and Nintendo Life

 

I don't like IGN, their game reviews are filled with lies and unrealistic information. Their reviews sound like they didn't play the game and based the game on it's box-art. The IGN team is filled with people who hate everything: video games, toys, movies, and tv shows.

I have a list of news sites i check out on a regular basis, but they're more tech. Quite often I'll just do a google news search on Nintendo or whatever I'm currently interested in.
